What is "Internet" App on SM-T210R Tablet?

2. Getting "Connection problem" error, when visiting a Website, for example, yahoo.com.

The root cause of the issue is related the HTTPS connection. It could be the wrong date and time setting on your tablet, which uses Wi-Fi only and could not automatically sync date and time with the Internet.
